Welcome to Huggable. These terms explain how buying from us works. By placing an order on huggablebrand.com, you agree to them, so please read them before you buy. They sit alongside our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. These terms are written for customers buying for personal use.

2. Our products

Every Huggable piece is made to order after you buy it. We do our best to show our products accurately, but colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and some images may be product renderings rather than photos. Please check the size guide and fit notes on each product page before you order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our website in the currency you select. The total you pay, including any shipping costs and applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we'll let you know before your order is produced and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

4. How your order works

After you place an order, we'll send you an email confirming it. Our contract with you is formed when we send that confirmation.

In rare cases we may need to cancel an order, for example if a product can't be produced, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If that happens, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

5. Cancelling an order

Because every piece is made to order, you can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order, from your account or by emailing us. After that, your order is in production, but you can still return it once it arrives, as explained in our Refund policy.

6. Shipping

Delivery times, costs and what happens with customs are explained in our Shipping policy. Risk in the products passes to you when they're delivered to you or to someone you've named.

7. Returns and your right to withdraw

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Full details, including how to return an item and how refunds work, are in our Refund policy.

8. Personalized items

If we offer personalization (for example a custom message) and you choose it, that item is made to your specifications. Personalized items can't be returned because you changed your mind, but they're fully covered if they arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered. We'll always tell you clearly before you buy if an option makes an item personalized.

9. Faulty items

If a product arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll put it right, as described in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights for faulty goods. In the EU, for example, you're protected by a legal guarantee for 2 years from delivery.

10. Our designs and content

All designs, logos, photos and text on this website belong to Huggable or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

11. Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses, since our products are for personal use.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights.

12. Your personal data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on our website when you placed it.
